Meet us Monday, October 9, at Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center at 12:30 p.m. CST for shuttle service to the event. 

The event will take place from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. CST. 

Shuttle service will also be available for the return trip. Wear comfortable clothing. Snacks and water will be provided.
